Please call our hotline, 2822-5001 to make appointment for account opening. Please bring your Identity Card(s) or Passport(s) and original corresponding address proof (e.g. recent utilities or residential telephone bills, bank statements, etc.)

resident?

Yes. In additional to the required documents, the IRS W9 form is required by U.S. Government for U.S. resident.
